The unifying threads through these twists and turns are continuous training and helping people.
In every facet of the careers I’ve held – whether it be streaking a plate in the lab, teaching in the classroom or managing a marketing department – I was always stretching to learn something new and I naturally gravitated towards mentoring people especially in the area of career management. Through continous training, I work with clients beyond the visioning process to develop an effective promotional campaign that includes assessment reviews, personal branding, resume and LinkedIn profile development, interviewing and negotiating strategies.

I believe that all of us possess the capacity and the capability to know deep down what is right for us. We can bring those dreams and desires to the surface, shaping and forming them toward actualization. Because that process can be overwhelming and scary, we do it together with continuous training. I am here to serve you as mentor, mirror and partner in believing.
